[Draft for Katie to edit] Hi, I'm Katie. Sourdough started as my kitchen experiment and turned into my favorite way to feed the people I love. Every loaf is mixed, folded and slow-risen by hand, then baked fresh for you.
[A kind word from a family member about the Classic loaf goes here.]
[A friend's favorite thing about the Chocolate Chip loaf.]
[A short, real quote, with their OK to share it.]
real words, real people
Homemade sourdough is at its best fresh, and a little care goes a long way. These are the same tips that come on the label with your bread.

Katie bakes in small batches when the oven's on, and each bake has its own order cutoff. The current dates are shown at the top of this page.
Once a flavor sells out it's gone until the next bake. After the cutoff, orders close until the next bake is posted.
Pickup is in [Town / neighborhood] on the ready day of each bake, 9 AM – 12 PM. You choose a time when you order, and the exact address is in your confirmation email.
Yes, within 10 miles ([Town] and nearby) on the ready day of each bake, 1 PM – 4 PM. Delivery is $5.
Yes. Choose Meet up when you order and type in where to meet: a public spot like a parking lot, store, or park. Meet-ups are on the ready day of each bake, 10 AM – 6 PM, and you pick the time. Meet-ups are free.
Whatever's easiest: Venmo, Cash App or cash at pickup, delivery or your meet-up, or pay ahead by card (Apple Pay and Google Pay work too) through the secure link in your confirmation email.
It's best enjoyed within 2-3 days for optimal freshness and flavor. Store it in a paper bag or bread box to preserve crispiness, and avoid refrigeration, as it accelerates staling and dries out the bread. To keep it longer, freeze it in a sealed bag for up to 6 months; slice before freezing for easy portioning.
Revive stale bread by sprinkling it with water and heating it in the oven at 375°F for 5-10 mins. Refresh frozen bread by thawing it at room temp or toasting slices.
Of course. Just reply to your confirmation email before the order cutoff. After that the dough is already mixed, so changes may not be possible.
Yes: birthdays, holidays, gift boxes and bigger batches. Please ask at least a week ahead using the custom order form.
